the clerk was checking me out. I was very careful about what I bought , sales, discounts, coupons that I would be useing.
There was nobody in line behind me, so I was not holding up anyone. Clerk started ringing my items up I tried to tell her it wasn't coming out right and explain the sales I found and buy 1 get 1/2 off, etc. She didn't stop I even asked her to explain to me what I got wrong. She wouldn't stop ringing up the items.
asked several times for her to explain What was going on.
Gave her my coupons asked her which applied. She took 40% off of a 3.00 item. Said all other things didn't apply do to coupon. Not what I read when I came home looked up Michaels site and read about all of the specials they were having and that they didn't count the others out.

I didn't like: Not helpful at all, Manager, Mark the store manager, Treated with disrespect clerks need to asked.
