Manager, Cory, rudely denied senior citizen 10% off total purchase price as you have done in the past. Claimed had to choose 10% or my 25% off purchase.

Confirmed with my artist colleagues and my own experience that the senior discount was over and above other coupons. Clearly no one would choose 10% over 25% 40% or 50%. Also I was told the masking tape is not eligible for any discount with no reason given or any posted sign. Cory proclaimed in the 3 years he has been there, the senior discount has not applied and yet my May 14, 2018 documents that is not the case.

You and your other senior citizen friends aren't paying attention to the receipt or your coupons. You don't get to make up new rules and prices. You want that kind of stuff, move to another country, commie.


Total purchase coupons cannot be combined. The cashier will always try to use the the better discounts for you. Plus the masking tape in on the Everyday Value program that excluded it from discounts and coupons.
