I was having a hard time getting in touch with Michaels, and was looking for an email address.

An order that Michaels gave to UPS with the instruction to hand it off to USPS for the actual delivery was left unattended by, not in, the recipient's mail slot, and even though this was in a gated apartment complex, it went missing (recipient never received the package or a notice of attempt of delivery from USPS). I wanted to know from Michaels how I should report the loss. I have not heard from Michaels.

User's recommendation: Make sure that the delivery agent has instructions to not leave a package unattended, but to leave a notice of attempted delivery and a number to call and/or a location that where it can be picked up.

Undelivered order

I have ordered 4.bittles of mosaic glue that were nt delivered to me yet. Part of the order was delivered and the other part did nt get delivered. Today was the due date for delivery. Yr customer service employees are nt picking up the phone. I have so.much more art materials to purchase from Michaels, i am an art teavher and an artis .If you dnt solve this matter for me in a timely matter you will loose me as a customer forever. I received a call from Carrie (that's what it sounded like) from the University Village location in reference to curbside pickup. She told me curbside pickup had been cancelled. I asked if the order could be mailed. She said no. She was curt. I know she may have had more calls to make. But if that was the case she should have sent emails informing customers how to get their orders quicker than waiting two weeks to see if the band would be lifted. Before I could ask any further questions, she hung up. I think that is a really rude way to treat people who patronize your business.

Refund one item I was charged online for.

I purchased two frames in store for pick up. I ordered them online and paid through PayPal. One frame should have been free since it was a BOGO. I was charged for two. Order number MIK2168**** purchased on May 4, picked up curbside 5/5. Michael,s Stonecrest Piper Glen Charlotte, NC..Name:Mallins I have waited for help through chat for several hours and have contacted store. No one is able to help or too busy. $22.49 should be refunded plus tax. I know this is a rough time but I would like this resolved ASAP. Please have someone confirm this email has been received. This has already been the second time that I have gone to pick up items and they were out of my items. Im still waiting for a refund and its been over a week since they said theyd refund me. When I went to pick up my order today they couldnt even find my order... and when I showed them online with my order number they were confused... Turns out the people in the back had already bagged up my order but how is it possible that theyd have my order and not the people in the front? Will I ever receive a refund? Who knows. Stay tuned. Will never shop at Michaels again.

Product not delivered - Zero Customer Service

I ordered 7 packages of card stock. One was delivered - but they claim everything thing was. Spent all day trying to get customer service. Just got COVID-19 excuses. So I can't even communicate with the company that they have NOT given me what I paid for. Will I ever be able to communicate with them? Will I ever get my paper? I can't even resolve the problem if they refuse to provide any customer service.
