A long story short, I build architectural models and called my local store for scale trees, the store manager told me to go to Home Depot. I called corporate to let them know what happened, they promised a call from their district manager after two weeks of waiting it never happened.

I called back and the CSR was reading while I was trying to talk to her how I know that is because she had re audacity to tell me so. I sent a letter of complaint to them and they ignored that too. That district manager has never contacted me, it's no longer about the root issue so much as it is about their intentionally and repeatedly breaking promises and ignoring me.

For a company that claims to so value a customer, I've seen nothing but to the contrary . While it is inappropriate for me to advise people not to patron Michael's , it is well within my rights to share my experience .

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

So...they didn't have what you were looking for, and told you where to go to get them, and you are mad about this? What do you want them to do, pull the item out of their ***?

If they don't carry the item, then they don't carry it. No amount of calling corporate will change that.
